MitchHomeServices offers a combination of Handyman and Property Management type services to the York and surrounding town areas.
So if you ever found yourself baffled by assembly instructions, need something fixed or repaired or just don't have time to do it yourself, then let me take care of it for you.
Services provided
Here is a list of items I can take care of for you;
- Small repairs around the house (not requiring a permit and/or contractors license)
- Small Appliance repair
- Electronic assembly of components and systems including kits
- Stereo, Home Theater and Media hookups
- Computer Systems, Software and Hardware installations
- Door re-alignments (out of square doors)
- Repair broken furniture, cabinets, toys light fixtures....etc
- Electrical switches and outlets (items not requiring electricians license)
- Emergency Backup Generator tune-ups
- Small painting jobs
- Anything else that needs repairing around the house - just ask
Services not provided
Things I can't or am not allowed to do;
Since I am not a licensed contracted, plumber or electrician I can not perform repairs or installations that would require a license in these areas.
